How do I track my order?
You can track your order by going to the "My Orders" section in your profile. Click on the "Track Order" button next to your order details.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please visit our Returns page for more details.
How can I become a vendor?
To become a vendor, click on the "Become a Seller" link in the footer or header. Complete the registration form and submit the required documents for verification.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
